Return Policy

Return period

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to report a printing defect, a manufacturing error, or non-conformity of the delivered product.

Return cost

Returns are entirely free in the event of a defect, an error on our part, or a non-conforming product. A prepaid return label is provided to you once your request has been approved.

Return procedure

1. Send an email to contact@lexpressionniste.fr within 30 days of receipt, stating your order number.
2. Attach one or more clear photos showing the defect or non-conformity.
3. Our team will respond within 48 business hours with a prepaid return label and instructions.
4. Return the product in its original packaging if possible.
5. Once received and inspected, we will proceed with a replacement or a full refund within 14 days.

Right of withdrawal

Important: Pursuant to article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As all of our products are printed on demand, they are excluded from this right.

On the other hand, the statutory warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code) remain fully applicable. Any defective or non-conforming product will be replaced or refunded.

Refund terms

The refund is made using the payment method used when placing the order, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product.

Frequently asked questions

My t-shirt doesn't fit, can I exchange it for another size?
As products are made to order, exchanges for sizing errors or change of mind are not covered. We invite you to check the size guide before ordering. If the size delivered does not match the size ordered, this is an error on our part: contact us, and we will take the product back at our expense.

The illustration is poorly printed / faded / damaged on delivery.
This is a defect covered by our warranty. Send a photo and an email to contact@lexpressionniste.fr and we will reprint or refund the product.
